Bulacan Vice Governor and Actor Daniel Fernando expresses his deepest regret as he declined an offer to be a part of an incoming soap opera in the Kapamilya network, “General’s Daughter” where he was supposedly to be casting as an antagonist along with Angel Locsin and other influential actors in the industry. Fernando says that even if he wanted to be a part of the soap opera, his schedule in politics would not allow him. In an interview, he stated that despite his regrets that he wasn’t able to be a part of the soap opera, his duties to being a part of the political world was just a duty he could not let go off and with his plans to run as governor of the said province this upcoming elections, surely his hands are tied. He also stated that he is very thankful to ABS-CBN for giving him such opportunities in the industry despite of his schedule and surely after that he has smoothed things out with his campaign, if the network will have projects in line for him then he is more than willing to accept.
